Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.

Dispatch Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. During peak periods, dispatch may take up to 48 hours.

For UK Next Day Delivery, orders must be placed before 12noon (Monday–Friday) to qualify for same-day dispatch.

UK parcels are primarily sent via Royal Mail’s Signed For service. Larger shipments are sent via DPD.
International orders are delivered through UPS, DHL or FedEx.

Once dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier and transit times are beyond our control.

Customs delays for international orders are outside our control.

Deliveries are made only to the address provided. If no one is available, the courier will leave a card to arrange re-delivery.

A tracking number and courier details will be emailed once your order is shipped.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct. We cannot accept liability for orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses.

 

International Duties & Taxes

Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees as determined by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon arrival in the destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, as they vary by country.

Some destinations may also have import restrictions on certain materials or products. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that our items are permitted for import into their country. Delays caused by customs inspections are beyond our control.




Cancellations 

Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing an order; however, we cannot guarantee that the order can be cancelled. This depends on whether the order has already been processed or dispatched before your cancellation request is received and reviewed by our team.

As we prioritise fast and efficient service, orders are prepared and shipped as quickly as possible. For this reason, even if a cancellation request is sent before you receive any dispatch notification, the order may have already been processed and it may no longer be possible to stop shipment.

If your cancellation request is received in time and the order has not yet been processed, you will be notified by email and a full refund will be issued.


Unclaimed International Parcels (Outside the UK)

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not claimed by the recipient at the provided delivery address, the shipping charges will need to be paid again for the order to be resent.

If an unclaimed parcel is returned to us, the customer may choose to request a refund. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
