At Nyla, we stand behind the quality of every abaya we create. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Return

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • The product is returned with all original tags and packaging

  • The item is in resellable condition

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Inner slips

  • Hijabs

  • Sale / discounted items

  • Accessories

  • Items purchased during special promotions (unless defective)

Exchange Policy

If you received the wrong size or a defective item, we will exchange it at no additional cost.

Refund Method

Refunds are processed as:

  • Store credit (fastest)

  • Refund to the original payment method (processing times may vary by bank)

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged / Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the defective item

  • Packaging images
